The Context
El Dorado Hills Soccer Club (EDHSC) is a youth soccer organization serving the El Dorado Hills (CA) community for nearly 40 years.
JCS Consulting partnered with EDHSC in 2013 with the goal of making the organization the number 1 youth soccer provider in the region.
JCS Consulting was tasked with providing executive level advisory and oversight, leading all business strategy, and providing high quality staffing services in order to elevate professional standards and increase brand recognition within the soccer community.
