ABOUT

Born and raised in London, England, I grew up immersed in culture of sport, often playing with and against a melting pot of many ethnicities, religions and backgrounds and exposed to a healthy balance of competition and collaboration. Soccer became the number 1, as I went on to compete to a high level in numerous Professional Youth Academies, Representative teams, and playing collegiately at the University of Exeter. It was at college, whilst studying for my Exercise & Sports Science degree, that I became fascinated with teaching and coaching and what motivates and inspires individuals to perform at their best.

 

Immediately upon graduating I began traveling out to the US to begin my sport coaching career and undergo and intensive period of self-study, culminating in attaining my USSF A License Certification, the highest level of US Soccer accreditation available. Learning remains a passion, as I set myself daily goals and continue my CPD journey via course attendance, certifications and research.

Having worked in the local community for a few years, my entrepreneurial mindset began to kick into gear as I would question whether traditional youth sport methods were optimal and whether there was a better way to deliver powerful and meaningful youth sport experiences.

So with a pencilled business plan and a stack of cones, I went to work to try and build something that I believed could make an impact.

A decade or so later, I'm proud to have entrenched myself as a credible leader in the community, established an international team of talented staff, and impacted 1000's of coaches and players along the way!
